Hi may2006 and every one I called NVC they said sent welcome letter today and I can open my ceas site now . 

My  question I have two kids to add to my case what the procedure?

Ahmad ali. .. I did as followed...

1...DS261, 2...Pay AOS, 3... Pay IV fees

4...filled DS260 for names listed... I called nvc about advice on adding children. .did as I was told ... Child were added n invoice came to pay.. I paid IV for added child.. then DS260 open for added child I filled n submitted. Hope this helps.

Does anyone have any idea how long after case complete you get interview letter. They say they take up to six weeks to review documents. So i am anticipating a case complete by June 1.

RFE - May 06, 2014

RFE Hard Copy Received - May 12, 2014 (2 passport size photo for the petitioner)

RFE Sent - May 15, 2014

NVC Received - 18/06/2014

Fill out DS - 261 Form & submit - 08/07/2014

Pay AOS Fee - 25/07/2014

Send AOS Package - 02/08/2014

NVC Receive AOS Package - 04/08/2014

Receive IV Bill - 28/08/2014

Send IV Package - 28/08/2014

Pay IV Bill - 30/08/2014

Case Complete - October 21, 2014

Interview Date - December 05, 2014 rescheduled from December 29, 2014

It is not time based, it based on Visa bulletin dates.After you case complete,   Your pd must pass the dates in  "A.  FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES"

Thank you pink. PD is April 5, 2006 and they are currently at Feb. 01, 2006. Hopefully we get interview letter shortly after case complete.

Hi May2006,  Thanks for the update......I plan to mail the package to NVC by next week, just completed ds 260 last Thursday....in the process of gathering documents and completing form 864 Affidavit of Support., my nephew and family think they will receive the Police Clarence  this Friday. 
Still have not heard anything about the eldest daughter.

Hello friends,

 

All documents from my end sent to my parents who r now waiting for IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT, And then by next week, they would forward all my documents to nvc..... Called Nvc yesterday as my twin daughters name FNU (first name unavailable) was mentioned, they shorted out problem as i have sent their passport copies ...... Now waiting 4 IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT, so all 6 steps could get finished......

How do you obtain a TAX  Transcript? Is the Tax return not good enough.

In welcome letter, they mentioned to submit documents in IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT , federal returns ,i864 and i864a  (co sponsor),....

Petitioner can get IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT fron IRS department..... Petitioner need to take appointment and then in 7 to 15 days they give irs TRANSCRIPT....
