Unable to edit Timeline to show conditions have been lifted

Not sure what's going on, but I can no longer edit my timeline to update the fact that my conditional residency restrictions have been lifted??

02/15/2013 Medical appt in Toronto with Dr. Mascarenhas

03/04/2013 Interview @ Montreal Consulate - APPROVED!

03/06/2013 K1 Visa arrived at Loomis

Timeline

As soon as you go to immigration  timeline and enter, on the left pane you see edit or change timeline.  You clic here and enter and then edit your timeline.
