I was recently married, in China,  I'm back in the states, starting the process I 130 for my Wife.  Unfortunately,  her daughter was 18 at the time of our marriage.   What do I do, to get the daughter included

in this petition?  I am so utterly confused, and my wife is freaking out as well.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Forgive my newbie question, but this is so very confusing.   Any advice is also greatly appreciated.   Thanks all

hi

there is nothing you can do, you can't petition for her, since she is 18, and there are no derivatives in spousal petitions

as soon as your wife becomes a resident, she files for her daughter
