The I-134 (https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134.pdf) seems to be updated and different from the sample form on here (http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf).  We're having difficulty filling this in and knowing exactly what to put specific to the K1 visa.

It also won't seem to let us enter the job title and employer name at the top of Part 3 ?

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

"11/30/16. Starting 02/27/17, USCIS will only accept the 11/30/16 edition. Until then, you can use the 02/19/14 edition and other previous editions. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions."

This form will only be of use for someone who has an interview date prior to when it expires and the new one is mandatory.    I haven't played with the new one becsuse in all honesty who wants to entertain more forms than necessary!

If you need the new one unlocked for editing the fields, let me know.  I know how to unlock the protected ones that say SECURED on them.  The info is out on the web but sometimes difficult to follow.   Sometimes you want to expand field sizes and remove restrictions so they aren't limited to 15 chars or text only, etc.
