Hello everyone,

as said on the title i need an urgent help :(, i am from France and i am a k1 visa beneficiary, my case was sent from nvc to the France embassy in October and they received my case on the 19th October but i still don't have a date for my interview schedule, i filled up the ds-160 form as instructed by the embassy and have collected all the documents, people say i have to send my application of readiness but i didn't got any application like that in the instruction, i even searched on the internet for the application but there was none, so i am really confused of what to do i have called the embassy countless times but each time they avoid the question and pass my call to a machine operator, What should i do please help my i-129f expires in January, i need urgent help if anyone who has gone through the same case as mine please do help.

A big thanks

You need to send the DS-2001 Applicant Readiness form. A copy of this form was attached to the email we received from the Embassy with the instructions and the list of documents needed for the DS-160. Did you receive an email from Paris? if so, check for an attachment titled "IV K1 DS-2001".

Hope this helps.

Thank you for replying but unfortunately i didn't not receive any form such as ds-2001, there was nothing attached to the email the french embassy send me, they only told me to fill the ds-160, collect supporting documents such as passport, birth certificate and to schedule a medical check up.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. Do you still have the email? scroll all the way to the bottom of the page if it is there it will be .pdf file. Can you copy and paste the email here with all personal information removed? It might be helpful if we can see exactly what you received.
