Help filling out for G-325A Biographic info

Okay to send in with the Relative Alien green card application I-130 I need to fill out two forms of G-325A? If I am the American the applicant if my spouse and thats the information I put or I fill out one for me and another for him. I do not understand..anyone has done this or has info...greatly appreciate...thanks
