REALLY dumb question and I think Im overthinking it.

When asking for the foreign fiance info (who you are sponsoring) you have to fill in the address - however the address fields are in a format incomaptible with places that have Provinces such as Philippines

It asks for STREET, CITY, STATE, COUNTRY

STATE is a two letter field. Where do you put PANGASINAN?

My gut reaction is its not important.

It isn't important, your gut is right. You could put the province with the city (ie San Carlos, Pangasinan) or leave the state blank and hand write the province there.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Sagot's idea works. Also you list the street followed by province. I used the following macination.

NO kidding, its confusing to say the least haha. My fiances mailing addy in PH does NOT have a house number or street name. I recently mailed my future mother in law some material, and was asking the addy of where to send..oh my  It did get there (long story short) Im hoping this isnt going to cause any issues when it comes to filing my I 129F.

Won't be an issue, use the same "mailing address" .   Many before you have succeeded with the same address issue.

My wife home has a wrong street number out front, the city changed the numbering years ago, yet the mail still  arrives... PhilPost.. gotta love it, they either lose it or deliver to non-addresses'
