Hello every one, i need your advise, I´m 2 months pregnant, my fiance filed the petition for my k1 visa, but we dont know how long would take the process, so we dont know if ill be avaible to travel to USA before giving birth. what to do in this case? if I have my baby here in colombia, then we have to file another process? thanks!

If you have the baby in Colombia (which may be advisable, as much cheaper), you two can file for CRBA- Consular Report of Birth Abroad- and get the baby a US passport.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

My fience was 2 months pregnant back in september when I filed the perition, thank god everything has been going great and this friday she has her interview at the consulate, all that took 4 months, so goodluck!
