Hi I'm a Second Timer K1 Visa Beneficiary..

I was petitioned by my x-fiance year 2012 and I took my interview at US Phil Embassy July 2013 I was refused for a visa hence my petitioner has not seen an evidence of Sustainable Income. He tried to supply some supporting docs but still it was refused until he told me that he doesnt want me to wait forever

He sent a waiver of the petition but he didn't received anything from the immigration.. I took my passport and other important docs at the embassy.

Now he is happy with new American partner and me just last year I met my new fiance and we're now on our K1 visa process. Thanks God got our NOA2, application was approved.. now am waiting for my interview.

I just want to clarify some things here..

* My x- fiance didn't received any letter stating the clearance of our application.. am just worried if during the interview they will ask any Clearance Letter from me.

* Being a second timer would it affect in any way on my interview? What might be the possible circumstance that I might be facing?

Hope u can help me enlightening my worries. Thanks. GOD BLESS
