Does anyone know if we can file once the Desk Order divorce is done, or do we have to wait the extra 31 days?

you must have a copy of the order for the k1. thedate on the order needs to be current

Ah ok. Was beginning to wonder if Canadian divorce processes stretched that long. :shocked:

Some do. I have a friend who's engaged that has been trying to divorce her ex since 2009. He keeps stalling about different things and the divorce is getting really expensive because of lawyers.
