Me and my husband went through so much stress here and crazy situations that made us unable to file or start for anything but now that everything is starting to go back to normal, we feel like we are ready to do apply for gc r whatever I need to do next. You can apply for AOS your i94 is expired I'm not certain if they will give you a social security card with it expiered.

Once you file AOS and you get your EDA AP CARDS you can apply for social security card.

You had to marry prior to 90 days if you did that you are ok.

File your AOS as soon as you can. You're fine but I think you should start doing your adjustment of status so that at least you can start working and be a permanent resident rather than having no status at all. In your current situation, you can't get your SSN as they will need the NOA1 from your AOS as your 1-94 is already expired.

Good luck :)
