I helped my fiancé fill out the G325 A form and write a letter of intent he signed both and sent them with 2 passport style photos almost 2 weeks ago. We are worried that it might be long wait he is going to call the postal center in the city to find out more information on the average wait until I receive the documents. However since we don't want to wait too long does anyone know how long it takes for documents to get mailed from Ukraine to the US? or is he able to email me his passport photos and I get them printed at a Fedex?

I had my fiance just email me the passport photo. I put it into a 4 x 6 inch format (so 2 photos wide, 3 photos tall) and printed it at Costco for...17 cents I think?

They wouldn't just print out a single 2 x 2 photo.

I don't see why he wouldn't be able to email you the passport photos. Just keep in mind that they're supposed to be taken within 30 days (though how would they know? Unless they used them on some other Visa/State documentation).

Have him email these things to you. My husband did the same at that stage. Just make sure when they are printed, that they follow federal guidelines for passport photos. It has to be the 2x2 size or you're most likely going to end up with an RFE. You can find a lot of places that can do this for you. Such aa Walgreens, walmart, or CVS.

Did he just take a picture of them and send them to you ? What about the letter of intent how did you guys recieve those?

My fiancee had her photos taken in Ukraine, them she emailed it to me. Walgreens printed them out.

She also made 3 copies of G-325 and letter of intent signed them, then mailed them to me.
