Calicolom you need to apply for a Colombian visa (TP 10) since you are married to a national, here are the steps:

http://www.cancilleria.gov.co/en/procedures_services/visas/categories/temporary/tp10

After submitting the documents it takes about a week to be approved , after that you go to the migracion Colombia office in Bogota and they will stamp the visa on your passport and immediately apply for a "Cedula de Extranjeria" (Foreigner ID) that will allow you to open a bank account, transfer money, get a driver licence, find a job etc.

Good luck!

Anna
