Hello everyone so iv been reading everything on visa journey but I just cant seem to find an answer two my few questions I appreciate your time. So my first question is im about done filling for the k1 is i notice that the affidavit of support only asked what's in my account i made enough to pass the poverty guidelines but they don't ask for any supporting documents is it that easy? I have like 2000 saved but i make enough now to save and show support. Will i get denied? I also have a criminal record just one kinda major thing but not a felony and not anything that show as an example on the form do i have to still let them know about it? I haven't seen my 7 month old daughter in 6 months i cant take being away anymore, im scared ill get denied

The USC petitioner has to fill up the I-134 form and provide the following supporting document (if applicable).

A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance

(B) Statement(s) from your employer on business stationary showing: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. salary paid; 3. whether position is temporary or permanent (also include copies of your last two pay stubs and your previous W-2 for the associated employer if available)

© If Self Employed: 1. Copy of last income tax return filed (or IRS transcripts); or 2. report of commercial rating concern

(D) List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

Are you the immigrant with the criminal record?

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

Get a letter from your Employer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
