Could or would you be able to add Potomac Service Center as one of the processing center?? Because alot of petitions are being transferred there or even new petitions are being sent there.

Potomac is already a service center. But they don't typically do K-1, i believe. So temporary reassignment of backlogged cases doesn't change it's original duty.

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017

OP is doing a spousal visa, he/she just have the incorrect visa type selected.

Potomac is a service center. It seems that not alot of cases are being sent there recently or not alot of recent appovals for VJ to get an accurate timeline of when the new cases could be adjudicated.
