Neil has his biometrics appt tomorrow in Louisville and we're just curious how long it takes? Is there a long wait like there was at the embassy? Also, did everyone just dress about the same as they did at their embassy interview? Neil is trying once again to figure out what to bring with us to wear tomrrow. Thanks in advance for any replies :)

We had our's in Louisville last week. He was scheduled at 8 am. We got there early. They opened the doors, he was the first to the window, filled out his form and was called back first. The took his photo and fingerprints and that was it. We were there maybe 15 minutes. I think it will depend on what time of day you are scheduled. It's pretty straight forward and painless. Nothing special required other then the information requested on your Biometrics letter. We wore jeans. Finding parking was a bigger hassle. LOL

The faster you will out the form, the faster you get it to them and get called. Andre had 2 biometrics and both took less then 10 minutes. In fact, it took longer to get through security.

I was in and out like a shot..... maybe 15 minutes. No lineups, no waiting, nothing. I dressed business casual, which is the way I dress in situations like that. I feel more comfortable that way. But other people who were there (for reasons other than the biometrics) were dressed really casual. One thing to note, though, is that they will take his picture to accompany his fingerprints (passport-style) so he may want to wear a nice top.

You can never tell how the office is. Claudeth took an hour to do her EAD biometrics but blew right through her AOS biometrics in about 10 minutes. Good luck
