I recently sent in my husband l-130 petition to the USCIS on October 12, 2016 and got a NOA on October 14, 2016. Its been sent to Nebraska Service center. I want to know how long do I have to wait for an interview appointment. On my timeline it says adjudicated by March 17-27 2017. Does that it will get an interview date on that time, or they are only reviewing it at that time?

Hi Ruby, adjudicated by March means that's when you case should be approved by USCIS. After that it will be sent to NVC for further processing and appointment date. It takes about 2-3 weeks to reach NVC and they will contact you. 6-8 weeks processing at NVC once you submit AOS documents, and then you should receive an interview date.
