NVC Accepted but no Invoice yet

Hi there, I have received my case number after a few months of contacting NVC and apparently that is the only thing I have gotten a case number. "In addition a packet containing the Affidavit of Support Processing Fee Bill Invoice was sent to the petitioner or attorney of record for this case. The fee must be received before the petition can be processed further." However I did not receive any letter as of yet and still no invoice number so that I can go pay my fees online. Please advise or if anyone is in the same boat as me let me know. Thank You!

You can call the National Visa Center 1-603-334-0700. Press 1 for English and then option 7. give them your case number and they will give you your invoice number over the phone. You must first choose a "Choice of Agent" online and then you can pay your AOS fee. Once that shows paid, then you can pay the IV Fee. I hope this helps. good luck!

Have you receive a letter indicating that the NVC has received your case from the USCIS? it should give you a password to log in. Usually by then you will be able to pay the AOS fee right away. Otherwise I would really suggest calling them and ask. The NVC has really been slacking for the past year.

I am in the US and my Lawyer told me to get my wife's criminal background check in green ink! Is this true? Or is my lawyer mistaking it for blue ink

... I don't think the ink color should matter... a police report is a police report.
