Hi I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place. My husband is a US citizen and is sponsoring me to immigrate to the US with a I-I30 visa Because of our circumstances our money is in a UK bank so all our cards are UK cards. I know we can pay with a bankers draft but can anyone tell me if they accept bankers drafts in sterling or if any UK banks will issue one in dollars

The filing fee for a Form I-130 is $420.

Use the following guidelines when you prepare your check or

money order for Form I-130:

  1. The check or money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial institution located in the United States and must be payable in U.S. currency; and

  2. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
