Glad to see most of us are done or almost done with biometrics, what's the next step?

I log in to my USCIS "check status" online account everyday to see if anything is updated. Nothing so far, I assume the next step (hopefully) will be a notification that the EAD/AP are approved? If all goes well, we should receive them by January? (according to the 90 day timeline from USCIS?)

The next step is waiting, and lots of it! Depending on when we filed in October some of us should have EADs coming in the post really quite soon, others will be January. I am not sure quite how the holiday season is going to impact this but if all goes to plan we should all have our EAD/AP by the end of January (best late Xmas present ever!)

Hi, I'm an October filer as well. But have been looking at the k-1 visa transfer AOS forum. Just found this.

Do we have different process time of EAD and AP comparing to K-1 visa filers? Has anyone receive any information after biometrics appointment? Anxiously waiting for my EAD since my current one under OPT is expiring in early February.

btw, I got the medical letter as well. Any one know any reliable doctor in DFW area?

Thanks very much.

What are the next steps after biometrics are done? My husband completed his biometrics about 3 weeks ago and still no response. We also received an RFI for our I-485. They received my response on November 18th, but I have not received any further information. Anyone else going through or went through a similar situation, I am freaking out :(?

I still see no change on the status of my EAD or AP application, my I 485 status updated yesterday to "Ready to schedule interview"? Has anyone else noticed a change?

i am now behind as i received a RFE for i485, so just getting that together now to be sent off. Does this impact the EAD application or just the green card?

Hi there! Doing great, how is everyone else? I have a strong feeling some of us should have EAD/AP updates before Christmas. I'm looking forward to that and staying hopeful ;) Also becoming anxious about it the closer it gets to Christmas time.. my husband can't wait to get his EAD already.
