So, I had some issues arise here at home in the US which caused me a delay in paying the IV fee of $325.00 in which was eventually paid on Sept 27,2016. It was back on 2/2016 when I received the IV bill. So this was about 6-7 months where my case stayed stagnant. Will this affect the rotation of my case? Should I expect a significant delay in NVC processing my case, or will it be thrown back into the rotation. BTW, this is for a

CR-1 visa.

Well hard to say without more information. Your timeline says you sent IV package 9/27. But your AOS package date is blank. Did you send that in?

Processing doesn't start until you send in packages than expect 30 to 45 days (some taking 6 weeks) for review of documents ad case complete.

There's no saved space in line you pay fees send in package complete the DS-260. Did you submit that yet (the DS-260 I mean)?

I sent the AOS at the same time (included) as the IV package on 9/26. And yes, the DS-260 has already been submitted about 6 days after I had paid the IV fee. I updated and correct my timeline too, thanks!!

I believe there shouldn't affect anything, because you have a year to complete all information required to do from the NVC.

You should send the rest of the required documents, such as police certificate, Affidavit of Support form, birth certificate, etc to the NVC. About a week after you've sent them, you can call them and ask if they have received it or not.

That's great. Then you should have received your email from NVC saying they received your IV and AOS and the date. That date is your Scan date.

Expect anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks (30 to 45 days) to get Case Complete. So probably end of November you will be Case Complete and in queue for a January interview.
