How much evidence is should be included with the I-130. My wife and I have been married for 4.5 years and have a 4 year old daughter who is a USC. My wife has lived with me since we married and has a dependant pass (Green Card). She is not on the lease as the flat is provided by my employer. We have joint bank accounts in Singapore and the US and have filed joint US tax returns every year since we married. She has traveled to the US on tourist visas with me three times since we were married

Is it enough to provide evidence of the above or do I need include photos, emails, etc. Anything else?

Also should I need to provide a narrative such as what I wrote above.

My contract will expire June 30 and my green card will be terminated two weeks after. Since we were married in Singapore, it appears the interview has to be at the embassy here. Would it be pointless to ask for expedited processing, to ensure we don't have to leave and come back for the interview?

I believe at the I-130 stage, all you need is the marriage certificate. That's all the evident was required when my husband filed the I-130 for me.

I have included co mingling of finances like credit card statement me being the extension of my husband (USC) Tax transcript as well as married filing separately with me as NRA. Your child birth certificate can be included too. Given that you have lived here for long I think a few photos that shows your married life is more than enough.

I received approval in 2 mos time so hope you would get a fast one too. Not sure about the grounds to request to expedite. I remember they have a list for that like medical emergency etc so you may want to research further on that.

Thank you. That helps a lot and gives us some hope of this getting done in time. We'll send the file in via FED EX tomorrow.

Hey, It doesn't hurt to include a few photos. It honestly does not have to be a lot.. but do include.. My lawyer said we didn't need evidence until interview but we got RFE'd.. I dropped the lawyer.. but honestly i didn't have to send a lot.. I didn't even label them

You have the best evidence of all - living together. But you must document that and show evidence of it. USCIS won't automatically assume anything and they can't mind read. See it as your one and only chance to get your wife into the USA to live with you and throw whatever evidence you have into the package. Emails are not necessary (do you communicate by email when you live together? Or do you mean from the time before you were married?). Just show evidence of a normal married life - joint utility bills, joint lease, joint bank account, mail addressed to the two of you at the same address, both insured to drive the same vehicle, that sort of thing. Photos add a nice personal touch, I think. But USCIS is all about box-ticking and meeting requirements. They might think it's odd if there are no photos of you together at all. So a few wouldn't go amiss. No need to overdo it with secondary evidence though. You have a pretty strong case.
