RFE- Marriage Certificate issue

Hi Everyone,

May I ask some questions about my case . I got RFE about Marriage Certificate Issue (Consulate Marriage Certificate Unacceptable) in the I-130 Form I fill marry dated 7th July 2014. but my Marriage Certificate which I re-sent to USCIS dated

1st Sept.2016 (after I got RFE so I have to resend my Marriage Certificate) back to the issue... In my Country Marriage certificate process is too Long, That's why we went to Marry in Other Country but both of us not the Citizen of it.

so my question is wlll it take effect to my case ? i just concern about it, if anyone got the same issue please give me an advice

Getting married in a different country is not an issue, as long as the marriage is legal and you have a legal wedding cert.

However, the different dates you quoted may well be an issue. What date were you actually legally married?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
