Nothing is returned to you. The entire 129f packet will be sent to the NVC after approval, and the NVC will forward it to the consulate.

You will need a new, updated I-134 for the interview stage.

no worries not a big deal ,as the above said print a updated one to interview , uscis will prob not even look at it
