You contact them first and explain your case, they susually give you a fax or email address to send documentation to. What is the reason for expedite?

Basically, there is not a form to fill out, because you need to send your own evidence (such as several doctors letters for medical expedite, military orders for active deployment).

If your case is at NVC, there is probably no need to expedite it / just pay the fees for visa application and processing and do the forms / gather documents NVC needs such as the 2 criminal investigation reports

get all this done for NVC and they will send case to embassy about as fast as you can get an expedited case ( and they still need the documents as required )

Soon we will receive the welcome letter from NVC, I'm abroad and I need to leave in the last of December and I thought if I expedite it will be sooner.

Thank you all for your advice as always it is very much appreciated.
