Hi everyone!almost done with my I130 package list for my wife who is from Morocco where we got married. Can Anyone please tell me how many affidavit of bona fide by the third party I need to send? I have one written in English and signed by my wife's brother who was at the wedding this past August, does that sound ok? I appreciate your help in Advance :) and good luck to everyone who is trying to be with his half sooner!!

You don't need to send any. Affidavits carry very little weight in terms of quality of evidence. Focus on evidence of time spent together as a couple - travel tickets, hotel receipts, photos of the two of you together, joint purchases. I wouldn't bother with them at all if you have a good selection of better forms of evidence.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

We made 4 Affidavits from our Wedding Sponsors. In addition to that, we included photos during our wedding, receipts, and wedding invitation. We were approved with No RFEs. :)

It would have been the photos that got you approved, not the affidavits. Likely you would have been approved without them.
