Help, I want to prevent 221g on my upcoming interview

We submitted AOS in NVC by sending I-864EZ, but I discovered that my husband had entered a different amount for the total income for his 3 year tax returnS in I-864EZ,it is different from what is written in his fed income tax return total income, he used the gross pay in his w2 line 1 in the I-864EZ instead of the total income in the fed tax return. So, I was expecting a checklist for that, but we did not get one and we got a case complete. When NVC sent us the interview letter, it was not also instructed there that we submit a corrected I-864EZ.

I was thinking that NVC might have overlooked that mistake. My concern is that the consul might see this mistake on the AOS during my interview and give us a 221g and will possibly delay the approval and issuance of my visa.

Should I ask my husband to send me a corrected I-864EZ? Or should I just stop worrying and leave it that way? What do you suggest?

Btw, my interview is 18 days from now. Thanks for the input in advance.

Ease your mind have him send you a new one. I doubt they will even care since he has the W2 with the tax form to show what he made. Your choice.
