Hi, does anyone know if CEAC updates on weekends?

Possibly I have seen people get case complete on Saturday and Sunday. So yes updates happen during the weekends.

Thank you so much dwheels76. My status was was showing "Ready" on Sept 12th.... which was the day of my interview (approved). Then today the status update date changed to reflect today's date, but it is still showing up as "Ready". I'm wondering if it will changed to "Issued" this weekend, or if it even means anything at all??

The usual status is READY==>AP==>READY==>ISSUED

The date update means they are working on your file. Issued means the embassy has released it and issued your Visa to be printed. Sending it off to the Visa print center where you are for processing. Usually taking a few days.

Thank you for your response dwheels76. Im a little confused because I've been checking every hour and am pretty sure it didn't change from "ready" at all. The only thing that changed was the status update date. It's really confused me.

What country are we speaking of? That has everything to do with how much longer you may have to wait.

Did CO say you are in AP or give you a 221g form?

Congratulations!! If you don't mind me asking, what time zone are you in? I want to know what our 4pm equivalent would be.
