So I have an ok job but I got a better offer, I am in the process of assembling our package for removal of conditions, in my previous job I had my spouse as beneficiary in the 401k/emergency contact/ address in paystubs

My Us citizen spouse doesn't has our address in the paystubs cause they come in very weird simple copies that just state how much money you made, doesn't has a 401k plan either, the only thing my spouse has about employment connected to be is that it goes in our joint bank account as direct deposit but he told me there is no way to get a proof that shows I am emergency contact and our address on it cause is too complicated to get a copy of it (even tho when he started the job he filled forms showing our address and I am his emergency contact number, there's just no copies available cause he is awful with saving copies or paperwork stuff)

In the job I want to accept the offer, I can have address in paystubs and spouse as emergency contact but not yet 401kplan

Should I submit the previous 401k beneficiary designation form that states my spouse as beneficiary even if no longer valid? Thank you!
