Check bounced--what is the best way to re-pay??

Hello there!

I just received a notice of action in the mail from USCIS and they said that my check bounced and that I have to re-submit the payment before the invoice date (but I don't see a date). Anyways, my question is: what is the quickest way for me to re-pay the fee so that they can keep processing my application?

Moreover, the notice I received listed "credit card" as an option of payment. I scoured the USCIS website but couldn't find where to do that. If someone know where that option is, please link me?

Any input is greatly appreciated as I'm starting to freak out a little! :clock:

Thanks for that link. I've come across that multiple times, but it appears that it sort of leads to nowhere. Do you have further info on whether paying for my i131/i485 is available to do so online? I just want to pay this out and get it over with so that they can keep processing it.

No, you have to mail them a bank draft, check or money order that is compliant with the specifications in the link I provided you. If you received an invoice, it should have a return envelope and a payslip for you to send your check to them.

Unfortunately, any delay caused by a mistake is significative. US immigration operates using early 80s technology for the most part.
