Question regarding F4 for my wife brother

We had filed his f4 paperwork in 2011, at the time of filing he was unmarried. Now he is married and has one child. What should I do to update his f4 file, please advice

Nothing. When NVC contacts him to start immigration visa paperwork processing he'll notify them of marriage and his dependents.
