Visa issued but how to track?

So my mom''s visa said issued according to ceac website. I tried to track it using the tracking numbers from to go in its website but says invalid. How do i track the delivery? Is it secured, do they let the recipient sign as proof of delivery? Im just worried, alot of thieves and scammers there

Use the State Dept. visa tracking website to track the progress of your visa. Remember, as a K1, when checking your case online at CEAC you have to select "immigrant visa" as it is treated like as such even though it is a "non-immigrant visa". Don't ask why, as no one has been able to articulate why!

After ISSUED it will still be 2-3 days before 2GO has the package, once 2GO has it logged into their system you can try tracking.
