USCIS just release the AOS chart for October.

Chart B can be used for AOS.

Here is my situation:

My wife is green card holder and my PD is 2015-10-08

My OPT will expire October 27th. I can stay in US two moths after OPT expiration.

Does that mean I am fine for AOS if I submit my documentation at beginning of October.

How long will I receive my EAD card ?

Thank you for any advice
