Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

oh sorry.. if it is AOS/IV package then it should be in the system now.

Case arrived at NVC: 01/26/2017

NVC sent case to USCIS : 02/09/2017 (system update)

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017

oh sorry.. if it is AOS/IV package then it should be in the system now.

it is not in the system yet ,,,,, my fedex tracking shows its delivered . I assume it is just lying in NVC building somewhere waiting to be opened and scanned . My question is how many days they will take to open and put it in thiere sytem . How long it took for you ?

My AOS package was received in a Friday evening and was scanned in on Monday.

But if the package you are talking about is from USCIS to NVC, then that takes at least 2 weeks

I have sent AOS and IV package to NVC with bar coded cover sheet . Looking at your timeline it should be scan by Thursday give or take . Thanks for your response .
