just making sure

I'm the husband and broke-### sponsor, my income is ZERO since I am moving from abroad. (I may or may not include assets, I have that question on another thread). So in my I-864, the household total is 2 (just me and my wife, no kids, nobody else).

For my co-sponsoring uncle he lives with his wife and 25 year old daughter, so, I gather his daughter isn't part of his household since she is over 21. So it's him + his wife + my wife(the immigrant), totaling 3.

Can someone confirm these calculations?

hi

unless she is their dependent on their taxes, she isn't included, just because she lives in the house, it doesn't mean she's part of their household

if she is a dependent on their taxes, then the household is 4, if not 3

there are older children who are dependent because they are students, for example, or for medical reasons

you are ok, 2,
