I mailed a complete copy of our entire packet to my wife in the Philippines via FedEx with tracking of course way ahead of time. I also sent a complete set via US Post Office EXPRESS MAIL CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT. That packet never got to her. In fact it was returned via US Mail to us months later after we were home in Hawaii. (Turns out US Postal Service is not responsible once package lands in a foreign country. All bets are off.) I also hand-carried a complete copy of out entire packet with me just in case anything went wrong. I believe at least in our case that me being present at the interview helped us. Good luck and God Bless.
