I will have my CR1 interview oct. 18. And im curious if that POE immigrant fee applies to me.

Do i still need to pay for it? If so how much is it? And does it have to be paid 0nline?

Thank you guys for the help

you will pay the fee before you leave for the US or you risk not getting the green card as planned (within weeks of your arrival). When you receive your visa package from DOS and before you depart for the United States you'll need to pay the $165.00 fee. You can pay it after you arrive in the United States, but you're risking a longer wait to receive your green card if you pay after you arrive. https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

"Foreign nationals who seek permanent residence in the United States and receive an immigrant visa from the Department of State need to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee online before departing for the United States."

And where to find the Alien registration number? My NOA2 d0nt have any Alien registration number.

I realy need your help guys. Thank you so so much in advance :)

"A" number (Alien Registration Number) is made up of 9 digit numbers plus an A at the front and looks like this A-205-xxx-xxx. The Number can be found on your visa under your husband's name or the A number can be found on the NOA2 in the beneficiary's block above your name.

Just a follow up question regarding the A Number -- i noticed on my NOA2 that same number applies to the petitioner (my husband) to me and my children?

Everyone will have a different A number. You won't know the children's number till their visa is issued.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Byt, The K1 should have an A number from the NOA2.

K1 does not pay the immigration fee. That is for CR1/IR1's only.
