After our case was approved an send to NVC our marriage certifacate we lost original so we get a new one with a new issued date will they accept? please advice

I don't see why not. As long as it's an official marriage certificate. I ordered two copies on separate dates when I realized it will be useful for us each to have a copy while living apart. They have separate issue dates. Not a big deal.
