Hi Every one ,

My Mom arrived three weeks ago IR5 visa.My question is how do she apply to get the green card and how much is the fee.?is there any form(paper work)to apply for green card?

Your mom has a temporary green card valid for 1 year already from the date she entered. If she paid the $165 immigrant fee she will get her actual green card in the mail within a couple of months. If she didn't pay that fee than she has to pay it to receive the actual green card. She doesn't have to apply for anything she is already approved for one if as you said the visa is IR5.

To pay the fee go USCIS.gov and look up immigrant fee.
