my case was already in manila.. and the status is ready..heres the question.

can i schedule my interview next year? mor like 7mos from now?

does the case have an expiration date?

I dont think the case has expiration date but you NOA2 is valid only for 4 months. You need a valid NOA2 before your interview.

You can request an extension though.

ohh thnk you.. my noa 2 is valid till dec 2.. so i will have to sched my interview on november.. ???

Noa2 will be extended up to a year by USEM in increments of 4 months. So be very careful and watch your dates. 7 months could be pushing it out to far. What happens if during your medical you are found to have TB and you are required to complete the 6 month regiment? That alone will put you over the expiration date. So be careful.

NOA2 does have an expiration date of one year.
