DS 160 HELP NEEDED URGENT!

I'm stuck in this question :

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? it's a yes or no question and if yes I need to explain, well the confusing part is that I'm not sure if they mean by it if anyone applied like in the past or this current K1 that my fiance applied for.....I'd appreciate it if anyone who filed this form already or gone through the interview with no issues regarding ths DS 160.

Also, do names for like school or work have to be in English, like home addresses or is it okay to put names in French?

Put the names for schools and addresses in the language they are already in (most likely French)

My answer was "YES". And the next "explain" i wrote "My current Fiance /name, last name/ field my Fiancee visa petition"..

"Has anyone ever" means EVER, not only in the past.
