i864 HELP

For I-864 I went on IRS website to get my tax returns. It gives me the option to select either "account" or "return" under type of transcript. I had selected account and got them by mail already. The documents I got in the mail state the annual income etc. But I just wanna make sure the option was return instead of account? Basically I want to make sure I have the right documents.

Also my parents are both being petitioned for. I think someone told me I could not add both my mother and father on the I864 in part 2 and 3. Is that true? If thats the case do I need a I864 for each of my parents. And does my sponsor need to fill out two separate I864A for each parent?

You need tax RETURN transcripts.

Separate I-864s for each parent.

Joint sponsor also fills out separate I-864s EXCEPT if you and your joint sponsor live in the same household, then joint sponsor fills out separate I-864As.

I called and i ordered them over the phone. The transcripts literally got to my house within 5-10 days. Per their website... "to request transcripts online, go to IRS.gov and use the Order a Transcript tool. To order by phone, call 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts."

For me, over the phone was the better option!

I meant you could download them. No need to wait for snail mail.
