I'm curious if I should be concerned with a processing time that seems longer than displayed here. The USCIS website says 5 months for I-129F for K1/K2 however, the site here shows lots of people with faster processing times. I have only received NOA1 back in late May, and the case check at USCIS website (and phone call) says they sent me a notice and follow directions. There were no further directions on the I-797 except for notifying them of change of address, if accessibility was needed (eg, handicapped), etc.

My fiancee, her daughter, and I are waiting for a notice but nothing has come yet. No RFE or any additional mail has been received from USCIS. Should I be concerned that it has taken longer than the graphs on this site?

It was mailed to the Dallas lockbox, and then forwarded to California Service Center. My notice date is May 20th, the graphs here say they are processing applications a month later and NOA1-NOA2 should be roughly 72 days, it's been longer than that.

You should go by what it says on USCIS webpage. After 5 months, if you still haven't heard anything, you call USCIS and make a service request so you can find out what's happening with your case. There's nothing you can do until then but wait. 5 months it is.

Btw, your petition was never at Texas Service Center, you should change your profile so the stats on VJ are more correct. :)

No you sent it to the Dallas lockbox, not to Texas Service Center. No K-1s go to TSC anymore, which is a good thing as they were so slow before. I think the normal processing time was 9 months back then at TSC. So we should be happy with 5 I guess. :D
