Hey

My aunt (mother's sister) filled an I-130 for my mother and her family in 2006. In July 2015, my aunt received a letter stating that the petition has been approved and they have sent the original visa petition to the department of state National Visa Centre (NVC). Can anybody please let me know how long would it take to get the visa now?

Another question is that I turned 21 in April 2016. My birthdate is 11.Apr.1995. Priority date is Sept 25,2006. Am I still eligible for the immigrant visa?

I tried to do the CSPA calculation online but they've been asking for 'Visa Bulletin Current date' which I don't know.

(Above added by Mod from other thread to make question clearer)

I have a copy of the I-797C, Notice of Action, can this be of any help in knowing whether CSPA would help?

What's the PD? is it the priority date? If yes, then it's blank on the I-797C.

and I have the notice date and received date, don't know which is the approval date. Notice date is Oct 2, 2006 and received Date is Sep 25, 2006.

And my birthday is 11th April, 1995.

Without a Priority Date and the approval date, I can not do the calculations for you. There should be two notices. You have to get them if you want me to do the CSPA calculations for you.

I also need to know which country you were born in.
