How many Tax Returns do I need to provide?

Hello - Just double, triple, quadruple checking over everything before my fiance goes for his interview next week at the UK US embassy. I got a letter from my employer, I have a letter from my bank providing my statements, a few paycheck stubs, and this years tax return form. Is this current year form enough? I read in a group that I should send multiple? Is this something i should be doing... Thanks

I have also seen that the most current year tax return form summary is enough for turn in; but the agency/lawyer me and my partner are using also want us to show them the average gross income for myself for the last 3 years. As for physical paperwork all that we are being requested for is this last years tax form.

You should be good to go unless there has been other specific information that was overlooked(hopefully not).

It's best to take last 3 years to be on the safe side. You can get transcripts from the IRS website digitally.

I promise you that at a K1 interview in LONDON, you can be approved with only that employer letter. You don't even have to have one tax return. Very, very easy. Take 2015 tax and employer letter and he is doubly covered. With all he has, they will probably hand some of it back before the interviewer even sees it.
