I myself waiting with NOA2 for case to go to UAE EM All my tips are based on previous UAE Cases i have been following.

Looks like your Packet3 is not a problem, as long as you have all the necessary documents.

However NOA2 should not have expired.

Re: Extension of I-129F petition approval notice for <beneficiarys name>

Dear Sir or Madam:

My fiancé and I continue to be legally single and free to marry. My fiancé and I love each other and plan to marry after his/her arrival into the US.

Therefore, I respectfully request you to extend the approval notice of I-129F petition pursuant to 9FAM 41.81 N3.1 (Period of validity), so that my fiancé, <beneficiarys name> may receive the K-1 visa.

My fiancés details are:

Name: <beneficiarys name>

Date of birth: <beneficiarys date of birth>

Address: <beneficiarys address>

Phone: <beneficiarys phone number>

I-797 approval notice number: <beneficiarys I-797 approval notice number>

Yours truly,

<petitioners notarized signature>

<petitioners name>

See if you can change your appointment before Oct 15th, If possible.

Thank you murali1man I appreciate all the info. I have researched and saw that they can only extend the NOA2 on the interview date itself, the consular does it for you as long as you have a letter of intent to marry still.

I have a question... Hopefully someone can help.. I had my interview 8/14 and been in administrative processing and received an email 9/25 to go back and present my passport so chances are that we been approved now my question is . Will it be a problem if my NOA2 expired 10/2 and I haven't gone to Abu Dhabi to turn in my passport.

The Hospital is asking for proof document in Dubai when asked for immunization and Medicals. How do we provide them with. Can we show them the Appointment confirmation page and complete the medicals?
