It really depends on the RFE, your response to it and the adjudicater. What visa are we talking about? I'd say about 2-4 weeks normally.

I am talking about ROC. I know California Service Center is moving faster but Vermont is so unpredictable.

Mine's past 60 days. I specifically looked into this and there are people getting response around 1 month, right around 60 days, and beyond. I know very few that get replies in 1-2 weeks like CSC folks do (don't quote me). There is no pattern really and it's luck. Vermont is very unpredictable with I751 RFEs and I751 in general. It looks majority get response between 1 and 2 months tho.

I looked up some information too but couldn't find anything recent. I saw many California ROC RFS get respond to in a month but not much recent information about Vermont fillers. Please, share if anybody has recent experience with Vermont ROC.\

Chicha what are you planning to do from now on. You said your RFE past 60 days, correct?

That's right. Mine was received on June 8th. As soon as 60 days were up (August 8th) I call the number on RFE, a tier-two person submitted a service request on my behalf saying 'reply was made 60 days ago and pending". I was told to wait for 2-4 weeks for something in the mail. I'm moving end of August so if I get nothing by then (3 weeks after the call) I will call again to inquire and make sure address is updated.
