Hi,

How long is the process if you're positive to TB? I know it will be another 6 months delayed? Do you have to reaaply for I35?

If you are found to have active TB during your medical, you can be delayed up to 9 months from what I have researched. This is because you have to be treated for 6 months; and after 6 months, your initial medical exam expires so you have to get another one done. I'm not too familiar with the K-1 visa process, but I think the embassy might be able to give you an extension on your approved petition if you need treatment.

Your visa application is good for one year. Most who undergo TB testing and DOT if found to have TB will get there visa before it their application expires. Thing to do is get the medical done as soon as you can if you suspect that you may have TB. Otherwise, our rule of thumb is to do the medical 5-7 days prior to your interview.
