I applied for my husband the i-130 its been 4months and i haven't recieved anything i called uscis and they tell me that they send to nvc office i called today to the nvc and they tell me they haven't received anything on my case i want to know what is my next step i remember when i did the i-130 for my first husband it only toke them 4months for everything to be done. Please help

Call USCIS again and tell them NVC says they haven't received your petition. Ask to speak to a tier 2 officer. Ask them what date it was exactly sent to NVC. If they give you a date , call back NVC and explain to them again. If they can't help you email nvcresearch@state.gov and ask them where your petition is and tell them USCIS sent it out on whatever date they told you and you need your case number etc.

If none of that works I suggest getting your congressman involved it can be possible that it was never sent or sent somewhere else by accident.

It's been 2 months for me since I got approved and nvc says they don't have it but USCIS wouldn't tell me a date they sent it out- I got my senators people involved and they asked NVC to locate the petition with USCIS so I am waiting also. Hope this helps
