How to change address outside US

Hello,

I wonder any of you had experience changing address for your parents after you filed I-130 for them? I filed I-130 a couple months ago for my parents. They are now moving to a new location. I need to update their new address in order to receive packages for their cases. I tried the online address change, but looks like it can only take US address. Does anyone know what I can do to update their address?
